Last year, on the first day, the police line broke really late due to the mayor walking the course, etc. But as the week went on, the police line broker earlier. It does vary from day to day and year to year. Last year they seemed to break earlier but the year before it was only a minute or two before the rocket.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
